Arbor Nota now gives you more flexible ways to access and manage your account.
This update adds support for Google and Apple login/signup, while keeping email and password login available. Email/password users will now be guided through email verification before using core app features, helping keep accounts safer from the start.
The workspace dropdown has also been cleaned up. Personal workspaces now appear under a Personal label and organization workspaces appear under an Org label, making it easier to tell where you are working. Your personal workspace can now use your username instead of a generic label.
Account settings also received several profile improvements. You can now update your username, upload a profile picture, and have your username appear in useful organization areas like member lists, sharing dialogs, notifications, and activity flows.
Email change handling is now more secure, too. Personal users can request an email change through a confirmation process, while organization users may need approval depending on their role. Members and managers require approval from an admin or owner, admins require approval from the owner, and owners can manage their email change directly.
Together, these updates make Arbor Nota easier to access, clearer to navigate, and safer to manage as personal and organization accounts grow.
